Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a StaffRegister account or using the StaffRegister app or website (operated by StaffRegister), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

StaffRegister provides staff attendance tracking (face recognition, verified by a rotating shop QR code or by the branch location according to what the shop permits, and manual marking by the shop admin), salary calculation, leave management, reporting and notifications for businesses. You are responsible for obtaining your employees' consent to biometric enrolment and location checks where required, and for the accuracy of the staff and salary data you enter.

3. Subscription & trial

New accounts receive a free 7-day trial with full features. Continued use afterwards requires an active subscription, payable inside the app via Razorpay. Fees are listed on the pricing page and may change with prior notice; taxes are extra where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to store unlawful content, attempt to access another business's data, resell the service without authorization, or interfere with its operation.

5. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffRegister is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or data, arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms. On termination you may request export or deletion of your data.
