How we build
The problem we set out to solve
Most attendance products are built for offices with an HR department. A shop with nine staff across two branches has neither, and buying a biometric terminal per branch is not a sensible answer. StaffRegister does the same job with the phones everyone already owns.
How the technology works
Face matching runs on our servers, not on the phone. The enrolled template never leaves the backend, so a lost or stolen handset cannot leak it. Check-in requires a live face match, a blink, and the branch QR code — which rotates every 30 seconds, making a screenshot worthless.
How your data is protected
Each business is isolated by server-side security rules, so no account can read another's staff, attendance or salary records. Face data is stored as mathematical templates rather than images. The frame verified at check-in is kept as a photo for review and deleted automatically after 90 days.
What we will not claim
A blink check defeats a printed photo. It is not proof against a video held up to the camera, and we say so rather than calling it "unspoofable". Features that are built but not switched on are described that way on this site, not sold as live.
